1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the Teamco application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Teamco is a Shopify application that enables merchants to create employee accounts with individual budgets and product access controls for B2B purchasing scenarios.

3. Account Requirements

To use Teamco, you must:

  • Have a valid Shopify store
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed through Shopify's billing system. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Teamco, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Teamco and its licensors.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TEAMCO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
