We built Teamco because we kept hearing the same frustration from Shopify merchants selling B2B: managing employee purchasing for your company clients is a mess.

Company Management — Add your B2B clients as companies with VAT numbers, discount rates, billing addresses, and full audit trails.
Three Employee Roles — Employee (buy for themselves), Buyer (buy on behalf of others), and Admin (manage company settings). Password-free magic link login. CSV bulk import.
Product Catalogs — Create curated catalogs and assign them to employee groups. Employees only see what they're authorized to buy.
Budget Control — Monthly, quarterly, annual, or rolling budgets per employee or group. Real-time tracking, automated resets, manual overrides with audit trail.
Approval Workflows — Auto-approve under a threshold, route larger orders to approvers. Full order editing before approval.
Employee Portal — A clean, fast self-service portal where employees browse products, check budgets, place orders, and track deliveries.
15-Language Email System — 10 email types, fully customizable HTML templates, available in Danish, English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Polish, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese.
Reporting — Track spending across companies, groups, and employees with exportable reports.
Built Natively for Shopify
Teamco is not a standalone platform. It lives inside your Shopify admin and uses Shopify's theme extension system. Your products, orders, and customers stay in Shopify. Teamco adds the B2B employee purchasing layer on top.
