Reporting & Analytics
TeamCo provides spending visibility across companies, groups, and individual employees. Reports are accessible from both the admin panel and the portal, with CSV export available for all report types.
Available Reports
| Report | What it shows |

| Budget Usage Over Time | A line chart showing budget consumed vs. available per period — by group or individual employee. |
| Orders by Status | Breakdown of orders across Pending, Approved, Rejected, and Completed states for the selected period. |
| Spending by Vendor | Total spend distributed across product vendors — useful for negotiating supplier terms. |
| Top Products | The most frequently ordered products, ranked by order count or total spend. |
| Employee Spending | Individual spending totals per employee, filterable by group and period. |
| Monthly Trends | Period-over-period comparison of total spend, order count, and average order value. |
Accessing Reports
Reports are available from two locations:
- Admin panel — Open the company → Reports tab. View all report types for the selected company and filter by group, employee, and date range.
- Employee portal — Employees with the ADMIN or BUYER role see a Reports section in the portal navigation. Reports are scoped to their company.

CSV export
Every report has a CSV download button. The export includes all rows matching the current filter selection, making it easy to process data in a spreadsheet or accounting tool.
