Email System

TeamCo sends 10 automated email types throughout the purchasing lifecycle. All templates are fully customizable, support 15 languages, and include a complete delivery log with resend capability.

Editing Email Templates

All email templates are editable from TeamCo → Email Templates in the admin panel:

  1. 1Go to TeamCo → Email Templates.
  2. 2Each email type shows an enable/disable checkbox and a current subject line.
  3. 3Click "Edit" to expand the inline editor for that email type.
  4. 4Edit the subject, header, body text, and footer.
  5. 5Use the language selector to preview the default template in any of the 15 supported languages.
  6. 6Click "Show" to open a full-page preview modal before saving.
  7. 7Save your changes.

Brand Customization

Emails can be customized to match your brand so recipients see your store identity rather than a generic TeamCo email:

LogoUpload an image or paste a URL. Appears in the email header.
Brand ColorHeader background color — use your store's primary color.
From NameThe sender name shown in email clients, e.g. "Consist Work".
Email AddressCustom sender address local part, e.g. orders@mail.yourstore.com.

Language Settings

TeamCo supports 15 languages for all email types. You control whether emails respect each employee's personal preference or are forced to a single language shop-wide.

Per employee (default)Each employee receives emails in their own preferred language. Language is set on the employee profile.
Shop overrideAll emails are sent in the selected language regardless of individual employee preferences.

Email Logs

Every outgoing email is logged with full delivery tracking. Access the log from TeamCo → Email Templates → Email Log, or from an individual employee's profile.

  • Date and time sent
  • Email type and recipient address
  • Subject line
  • Delivery status: Sent, Pending, or Failed
  • Resend button for failed deliveries
  • Preview button to view the rendered email HTML
